• Please read all instructions prior to installation.

• Installation of this fixture must comply with local building codes.

• Installation of this fixture must be done by a qualified electrician.

NOTE: Use a qualified electrician for installation of this lighting fixture.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn off power at main fuse box.

2. Loosen the securing screw using a screwdriver. Remove the metal cover from

the body of fixture.

3. Unfasten the cap. Remove the crossbar and round cover plate from the fixture.

4. a) Mount the cross bar to junction box with (2) mounting screws supplied.

b) Mount the round cover plate over the nipple of crossbar. Make sure black and

white wires of junction box run through the opening of the crossbar.

c) Fasten open end of ground wire (bare wire), to ground wire or ground screw of

junction box or ground screw on crossbar.

d) Connect black wire of power supply to black wire of the fixture and white

wire of power supply to white wire of the fixture. NOTE: All wire connections

should be made with wire connectors provided and pushed back into junction

box.

5. (a) Mount the body of fixture over the nipple of crossbar. Secure the body of

fixture by tightening the cap onto the nipple.

(b) Loosen the locknuts at the end of the arms using the wrench provided, adjust

the arms to correct position, and then tighten the arms

6. Insert bi-pin bulb 10W max (included). Do not use bare hands to install. Use

a tissue otherwise life of lamp will decrease drastically.

7. Turn on power enjoy your Eurofase™ lighting product.
